Projects and Notes publish three-feed discovery and true 404 responses

OYOTTA deployed additive feed-discovery links on the Projects and Notes sites for their existing RSS, Atom, and JSON Feed objects.

The same completed V4 receipt records site-styled 404 documents and verifies HTTP 200 responses for roots, feeds, sitemaps, and representative deep pages, plus true HTTP 404 responses for missing routes.
